On these pages I'd like to talk a little about my experiences with home-media streaming (currently only music / MP3).

Currently I use a Roku SoundBridge as music client. My music-server is a Unslung NSLU2 (hardware) with mt-daapd as the music server software. After a few initial little issues this software is now running smoothly and for me is the ideal solution for listing to music.
Therefore let me start with a short overview of these three components:
